All service support is based around GAH ONE CALL providing customers with a single contact number enabling us to offer the best service available.

Our Nation wide fleet of service engineers are equipped with the latest GPS fleet management equipment, and PDA's enabling fast and accurate data transfer to head office. They carry comprehensive stock, specialist equipment and parts tailored to systems in their area so the vast majority of jobs are completed on the customer's premises on the first visit. This minimises downtime and completely eliminates the need for your vehicle to visit a depot to take its place in a queue for routine maintenance or remedial work.

All contracts are based on 50,000 miles per annum for Direct Drive Units and up to 2 hours travel time, per visit. All prices quoted by GAH are subject to VAT (prices subject to 6 monthly revisions). Gold Shield

Our most popular package available is Gold Shield.
One monthly charge covers scheduled services, parts, labour and all breakdown work. This is carried out during normal working hours (8am to 6pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays). Although an out of hour’s service is available, please be aware that it is chargeable. You will be asked for an order number or reference number before the work is carried out. Minimum contract term is three years.

Platinum Shield

The Platinum Shield package has all of the benefits of Gold Shield but In addition It has a 24/7/365 breakdown service. Minimum contract term is three years.

Silver Shield

The Silver Shield package has all the benefits of Gold Shield but with two years warranty from the date of the fridge being commissioned. Minimum contract term is three years.

Pay As You Go

Pay As You Go contracts warrant the system to be free from defects in material or workmanship for one year. This includes parts, traveling and labour, provided the refrigeration system has been serviced by GAH or an approved service provider within the stated contract terms. Servicing will be carried out in normal working hours but work carried out at other times will be chargeable. Minimum contract term is three years.
