Direct drive refrigeration systems supplied by GAH take their power from the vehicles engine to drive a refrigeration compressor. The compressor is mounted within the engine compartment. It has an electric clutch on it so that when the loadspace reaches the required temperature, the drive to the compressor is disconnected.

All kits supplied by GAH are manufactured to the highest standards using the latest casting methods or highly accurate laser cutting and fabrication methods.

The mounting of the compressor to the vehicles engine is critical to the operation of the system and GAH work closely with the vehicle manufacturer’s to ensure compatibility with the vehicle’s engine, optimum performance and most importantly, reliability.
