Attendees at GAH trainingTAKE THE STRAIN OUT OF TRAINING WITH GAH
GAH Heating has announced its schedule of training courses for 2004. The courses include OFTEC 101, 105E and 600A oil courses with unvented systems training also on offer. All of the IDHE approved courses take place in a dedicated training centre at GAH headquarters in Ipswich, and are run as part of a joint initiative with Nationwide Training Services.

The course schedule has been designed to make training available and affordable for installers and engineers. GAH Sales Director Graham Gooch comments ‘Installers are nowadays being asked to install such a diverse range of products that we need to strike the right balance of time and cost for installers wanting or needing training in different areas.’

For example, a one day course on Unvented Domestic Hot Water Storage Systems provides ZURICH CERTIFICATION for installers, engineers and merchants. The ZURICH CERTIFICATION is now a legal requirement for everyone installing Unvented Domestic Hot Water Storage Systems, and this course helps operatives to recognise the various forms of domestic hot water storage systems as well as understanding the functional and installation requirements of unvented hot water systems. The course also covers system design to meet specific performance and safety requirements.
